During this eight-week sprint, we will guide you through seven weekly live sessions, mini-projects, and a one-on-one coaching opportunity with the program manager. The material presented includes business fundamentals, food safety, regulations, labelling, ingredients, and production scale up to support strategic product design and marketplace distribution.
