Hello and welcome to my profile!

I have been part of the Venturepark Labs team since early 2021. In that time I have had the privilege to meet some very inspiring companies through our Accelerator, Concept to Market Sprint and Incubator programs. I am based in the Calgary Venturepark office.

A bit about my background; years ago I had a stint leading store brand Product Development and Regulatory Affairs for a Canadian retailer, which included working with 100's of co-packers across Canada in pretty much every type of food there is. For a while I managed R&D for a group of 10 food manufacturing facilities in the Western provinces. (Ask me about making 1000 gallon test batches of ice cream in the middle of the night which included an ice cream explosion!🙂). Before joining Venturepark I had the excitement of working with a local food start up. All of this has led to a bunch of anecdotes that I love to share about the joys of food development and production!

On a personal note, I adore getting into nature and I try to hike a peak and eat fancy chocolate in the Rocky Mountains every chance I get!
