This women-owned small-batch coffee roaster doesn’t quite look like most coffee companies—and that’s because it’s not. All of Rebel Bean’s coffee is organically grown, fairly traded, and roasted fresh every week in a 10kg Turkish drum roaster (which they call “Toby!”) Founder Sara Noyes only sources the highest quality specialty organic beans across the globe, bringing out the best of their flavours and nuances through the roasting process.
