Toronto's Farmers Market season is a highly anticipated time in the city. Although summer hasn't officially arrived, it's never too early to start researching the best farmers' markets for your brand to participate in.

The Annette Village Farmers' Market began in 2012 on the patio of Creme Fraiche Market Café, fueled by local food advocates and Ontario farmers and artisans. After a couple of years, it outgrew the space and grew in size and popularity. It relocated to the Runnymede Presbyterian Church, where it continues to grow and prosper with the support and love of its neigbouring community.

The Leslieville Farmers' Market is a vibrant and thriving community gathering that has been serving the neighbourhood since 2011. The market features over 55 weekly vendors, offering diverse fresh produce, delicious bites, handcrafted goods, and unique finds.

The Courtyard Farmers' Markets launched in 2019 as a Workplace Wellness initiative with GWL Realty Advisors. Their mission is to bring farm-fresh produce and artisanal products to the Greater Toronto Area communities in the spirit of fun, wellness, and safety. Applications from farmers, artisans, and entrepreneurs in keeping with the Courtyard Farmers' Market vision are welcome.

Deeply Rooted Farmers Market focuses on exclusively highlighting Black and Indigenous vendors within the country. This market allows health-conscious and socially conscious consumers to purchase locally sourced, locally produced quality food and products from Black and Indigenous vendors.

Afro-Caribbean Farmers' Market features fresh food and products from Black farmers and farms. you can also find crafts and products from Black-owned businesses in this market.

The Junction Farmers' Market provides local, sustainably produced fresh foods in ways that build their community. They support local food growers and producers to promote access of healthy food in the Junction area.

This Farmer's Market provides outdoor and indoor concepts. The outdoor concept is from May to October, meanwhile, the indoor concept will be from November to April at Wynchwood Barns Park (#601 Christie St.). Tables and tents (during the outdoor season) are available to rent at each market on a first come first serve basis.

Sorauren Farmers' Market Association is a non-profit organization started in 2008. This market provides a platform for diverse interests, voices, and offerings of their community. Their main goal is to provide benefits to sustainable farmers, including those with land access challenges, local food producers, artists, musicians, and volunteers. One of their core aims is to achieve food security for all. They have now moved into Henderson Brewing Co. for their Winter markets. The summer market is at Sorauren Park during the summer.

Found in the lovely June Rowlands Park in Midtown Toronto, you can shop for local produce and bring it with you to snack on at a nearby picnic table.

Started in 2006, Withrow Park Farmers' Market's vision is to create a local sustainable economy that strengthens community creation and environmental stewardship. This market is managed by local residents.

Established by Suzanne Kavanagh in 2017, this non-profit Farmers' Market provides local fruits, veggies, baked goods, and many more. This market is also dog-friendly and provides dog treats.

St Lawrence Farmers Market is one of the historic markets in Toronto. It is primarily known for its Saturday Farmers' Market, bringing people from around the province to support producers and artisans.

Trinity Bellwoods Farmers’ Market

Trinity Bellwoods Farmers' Market's mandate is to support and increase access to fresh, local, sustainable, and organic agriculture and to educate the community about the food they eat, the source from which it comes, and how it is grown or prepared.

The Weston Farmers' Market is one of the longest-running markets in Toronto, opening annually for over forty years. With its rich and storied history, the market has become a staple event that the Weston community enjoys visiting every year.
