Now Hiring: President (Remote, Canada)

Updated: Apr 3

Are you passionate about shaping the future of CPG innovation and entrepreneurship? We are seeking dynamic and visionary individuals to join our team as the President of Venturepark Labs.

About Venturepark Labs

Founded in 2015 by entrepreneur and investor Arlene Dickinson, Venturepark Labs' mission is to lower barriers for entrepreneurs in the consumer goods industry by increasing access to resources, mentorship, and networks to support their growth journeys. Our non-profit initiative has led to over $1B in economic output, and program graduates collectively generate over $200M in annual revenue.

Our team is located across Canada but is united in our values: putting entrepreneurs first, making an impact, and striving for better.

Venturepark Labs is entering a transformational period. Our organization is taking the next step in growing its value and resources for the entrepreneurial community – which will result in new offerings, such as an annual conference and membership platform to drive connectivity for early-stage CPG entrepreneurs, an extension of our current program and resource offerings which include Canada's number one accelerator for consumer goods, our Concept to Market sprint program, which supports new product development, and our start-up kitchen for food manufacturers.

You will foster a positive organizational culture and drive growth and impact by working closely with our CEO, Arlene Dickinson, the Board of Directors, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the organization's goals.
