FIRECRACKER PEPPER SAUCE is a Toronto based husband-wife team crafting premium Trinidadian style hot pepper sauces.

Our Story:

For our wedding we made jars of Trini style pepper sauce as a wedding favour for our guests - the sauce was a hit and this incepted the idea of our company. Trinidad has a rich history in the art of crafting pepper sauces - dating back 150 years to when the Indians were brought to the island bringing with them their culture and food. These recipes are rarely documented, nor mass produced.

We started our company with the goal of introducting authentic Trinidadian flavour profiles to those who value authenticity and quality. Our sauces are all natural, vegan, gluten free, and proudly made in small batches in Ontario without the use of additives or preservatives.
